Robert Patrick, Jason David Frank, Mark Sheppard to Attend Wizard World Chicago 2021

Wizard World Chicago promised congoers that it would add more entertainment talent to its lineup as the convention has only a month to wait before returning to Rosemont, Ill. The convention has announced that headlining actors from beloved, popular titles such as Mighty Morphin' Power Rangers, Supernatural, and Terminator 2. Robert Patrick, Jason David Frank, and Mark Sheppard have been announced as official guests at the 2021 convention.

All three additions to the show's growing guest roster will be in attendance for all three days of the convention to greet fans and to provide photo ops and autograph sessions. They will host Q&A panels and have the potential to offer special events. Frank is known for his role as the Green Power Ranger and has appeared in dozens of Power Rangers iterations. Frank has frequented Wizard World shows throughout its various locations.


Sheppard boats an impressive 60+ title portfolio of work and is recognized for his science fiction performances. He quickly became a fan-favorite in Supernatural as the demon Crowley and can be remembered for his role of Romo Lampkin in Battlestar Galactica. Sheppard will return to Chicago for Wizard World after his previous attendance at the 2019 event.

Patrick brought the iconic T-1000 android assassin to life in the 1991 Terminator sequel, Terminator 2. The second installation into the Terminator series was a breakout role for the rising star who went on to claim over 150 roles for film and television, including Sons of Anarchy and True Blood.


The trio will join William Shatner, Matthew Lewis, Sam Heughan, Michael Rooker, James Marsters, Dean Cain, Charles Martinet, and Katie Cassidy at the show. Wizard World Chicago 2021 will conclude the Wizard World shows hosted in Chicago before transitioning into becoming a Fan Expo event in 2022. New Orleans, Portland, Cleveland, St. Louis, and Philadelphia will fall under the Fan Expo banner in coming years as well while still filing themselves under the Wizard World corporation.

Wizard World Chicago gathers thousands of fans eager to return to conventions to celebrate film, television, comics, graphic novels, video games, and other forms of popular culture. Live entertainment, contest, vendors of all kinds, and entertainment guests draw in those who have made their annual pilgrimage to the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center. The show will run from October 15 to October 17, 2021, and children ages 10 and under are admitted free when accompanied by a paid adult. The show hours are as followed:


Friday, October 15, 4-9 p.m.

Saturday, October 16, 10 a.m.-7 p.m.

Sunday, October 17, 10 a.m.-5 p.m.
