Conventions of all genres have decided that they're not keeping their doors closed for another year and are ready to welcome fans back to celebrate the things that they love. Wizard World Comic Con has locked in its return to Chicago, Ill. in mid-autumn after pushing back its 2021 Summer show date. The convention hosted near the Windy City is bringing back fan-favorite guests, and Outlander star Sam Heughan has been added to the roster.
Heughan starred on Outlander as James Fraser and was a tremendous hit with fans after previously attending Wizard World New Orleans. He will be present on the show floor only on Saturday, October 16, where fans can purchase autographs, photo ops, and attend a ticketed live Q&A panel. Aside from public events, he will partake in events that are exclusive only to VIP pass-holders.

These packages are available for sale on Monday, Sept. 13 through the official Wizard World website. Heughan joins the likes of William Shatner, Michael Rooker, Matthew Lewis, James Marsters, Lou Ferrigno, Charles Martinet, and Katie Cassidy as they headline the guestlist for Wizard World Chicago. His inclusion does not conclude the collection of talent that will attend the show as the convention promises that a whole week of new guests will be announced as the show grows closer.
