Fan Expo Chicago 2023 is already gearing up for its sequential convention following the success of its initial Windy City debut. Formally Wizard World Comic Con, Fan Expo rebranded a hallmark of celebrating pop culture and entertainment media in the Midwest after revamping one of Chicago's most popularly-attended comic conventions following an impressive brand merge. Fan Expo Chicago assembled leading industry figures, interactive attractions, and immersive fan experiences at its inaugural convention that promised to return the following calendar year.
Ticket sales for Fan Expo Chicago 2023 are officially live for the late-summer convention with early bird pricing plans valid through December 15, 2022, at 11:59 PM CT. Once the deadline date has passed, these discounted rates will revert to their original full price. Single-Day Tickets with individual price points for Adult, Youth, Child, and Family as well as 4-Day Tickets offer baseline convention privileges, while Packages are optimized for a more immersive fan experience. The Ultimate Fan Package and VIP Package include exclusive benefits that are limited to premium badges. All admission tickets can be purchased here. Excluding Specially Ticketed Events, all paid admission tickets are eligible for a refund until July 27, 2023, at 10:00 AM CT.

Outside of Fan Expo-branded conventions shared between the United States and Canada, Fan Expo HQ oversees Calgary Comics & Entertainment Expo, Megacon Orlando, Edmonton Comics & Entertainment Expo, and Dallas Fan Festival. Fan Expo Chicago opened its doors to the public for the first time on Thursday, July 7th before concluding the event on Sunday, July 10th. Fan Expo Chicago will return from August 10 to August 13, 2023, at the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center in Rosemont, Illinois.
